Page 1 of 4 The Zambia Centre for Accountancy studies (ZCAS) introduced the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) programs programs in January 2007. ZCAS was encouraged to broaden its range of course portfolio by including this prestigious program as a response to the increasing demand and enquiries for the program from the market as well as industry.
The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the world’s largest professional body of marketing, with over 50,000 members worldwide. The Institute shares a passion for marketing, lead the development of professional standards and practice and champions the big issues and new ideas in the marketing world. CIM has a mission statement, which states; “To be the pre-eminent body on marketing practice, standards and associated knowledge on an international basis and for this to be acknowledged by government, marketers, business, education and others”.
CIM courses are offered twice annually commencing in January/July for the June/December examinations respectively.
