Mr. E C Lengwe, MSc, FCCA, FZICA, Dip. Ac, IDPM

Position at ZCAS: Manager – Research and Consultancy

He will act as a Lead Consultant and has vast experience in strategic planning and analysis, financial management, project management, accounting and auditing, strategic development and financial planning, training of trainers, training needs assessment, course design and compilations of training manuals. Having worked in the office of the Auditor General for more than 12 years, he accumulated vast experience in both the public and private sectors including parastatal organizations. He has conducted a number of training in financial management, project management, monitoring and evaluation, fraud, forensic audits and investigation, corruption and risk management, strategic planning, marketing, project proposals, corporate governance, interpretation of financial statements etc.

Mrs. Serah Beza Mbewe MSc, BSc Computer Science

Position: ICT Consultant

Enjoy full time career opportunity in the ICT management utilizing. She has numerous skills and solid knowledge in Management Information System, networks and reputable experience in software systems development to add to the bottom line growth of my organization.

Current an ICT Consultant in the Research and Consultancy doing consultancy internally (looking at ZCAS’s internal ICT need and making sure that ZCAS is up to speed with the latest technology) and externally on behalf of ZCAS in the Information communication Technology field in form of facilitating workshops, short course and any other ICT consultancy. Under the ICT Department, she lectures in the Web Design and Database Design and Development and Project Management in the Research and Consultancy Department.

She has worked with Joomla 1.6, CSS 2.1 Java 2, C++, Java, COBRA, C#.Net, Visual Basic 6.0 and MS Access, Pascal 7.0, Perl, MySql.

Her main interests are in Software Systems development, Networking, learning new programming languages, Computer Network Security, Studying Information Systems and designing software for various information uses (Including Database Applications), Repairing Computers, applying managerial skills to solving different situations and conducting research on new and upcoming technologies.

Mr. Kani Kane Zimba, MBA, ACMA, AZICA, CFC, ACSA

Position at ZCAS: Technical Director - Professional

Kani has vast experience in management at senior level with overall direction and supervision of the Centres’ technical staff. Expert in Strategic management and planning, marketing, Kani brings in wider experience in business management and how to grow the business. His experience at higher level of management makes him a whole weather player in this assignment.

Mr Rubbie Mukuma, FCCA, ACIMA, ACT, FZICA

Position at ZCAS: Manager - ACCA

Rubbie is our manager – ACCA and has vast experience in treasury management and investment strategies. He will bring to this assignment his expertise in a number of business relates areas that would make an organization to succeed.

Mr. Billy M Kahoota, MSc, BSc, MCSZ

Position at ZCAS: Technical Director - Academic

Billy is also a Link Tutor for University of Greenwich and ZCAS and lectures on ICT related courses and includes Web Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, programming and Web Application, Database Design and Development, Advanced Web Design and Programming and Databases. He has done some publications, research and consultancy on eLearning with Zambia Open University, design and development of the Student Management System for ZCAS.

Mr. Kenney Chabala, ACCA, AZICA

Position at ZCAS: Manager ZICA and FIA

Kenney is our senior consultant and has vast experience in accounting and audit related issues. He will bring in his expertise from the private sector and lecturing experience on of business related aspects.

Mr. Mwabashike Nkulukusa MCIM, FZIM

Position at ZCAS: Business Development Manager

Shike is our Business Development Manager and has traceable references in International Marketing, Corporate Affairs Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Administration for both profit and non-profit organizations, prominently in the service industry. He also experienced in the use of participatory methodology in developmental and sustainable activities involving equal partners as well as humanitarian mitigation of natural catastrophes. And has trained and motivated others to achieve their full potential. He is also expert in marketing and customer care services.
