Today, corporations and organizations continuously experience increasingly extreme competitive environments and inexplicit organizational problems. These require and implore the effective use of human potential and the collective intelligence embedded in an organization’s workforce. Consequently, this BA Human Resources Management has been prudently developed to produce HR management expertise equal to these modern challenges.
