ZCAS in conjunction with the University of Zambia (UNZA) offers the Bachelor of laws (LLB) Commercial Law Degree whose aim is to equip candidates with knowledge and skills in the fields of business and commercial law and the broad context in which they operate. The programme provides a well-rounded approach to commercial law which is taught by a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars, and case studies. Admission, Grading and Award Criteria

Full-Time Programme

To qualify for admission to the LLB (Commercial Law) Programme an applicant must satisfy the Entrance Requirements of the LLB (Commercial Law) Programme which are:

  • Successful completion of the one-year pre-qualification programme offered by ZCAS
  • Successful completion of the first year of study in the University of Zambia School of Humanities and Social Sciences BA Non quota programme
  • A first degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least three ‘A’ level passes including English

Evening Programme

To qualify for admission, an applicant must:

  • Hold a first degree in any field of study
  • Hold at least three A levels including ‘English’
  • Hold a professional qualification that is academically equivalent to a degree
